The actual process to terminate and appoint new management company will normally take 6 to 10 weeks if the initial period of the Agency Agreement with present management company has expired and you are on month to month basis. If this is the case then following termination meeting there will be a termination period, a term in the Agency agreement which must be complied with, normally three months. Total of 18 to 22 weeks to handover of books and records.
